P90X Day 3. Shoulders and Arms. So far my favorite workout, it is mostly resistance and if feels like you are really getting some work done, most of the exercises are normal things that you would do in a gym. There are quite a few versions of curls and shoulder presses. I think the workout went really well, we were both able to do the whole workout, which is nice considering how much of a beating Plyo X was. Then comes Ab Ripper X again. I can't believe it, but I think we were able to pull off about 50% of the ab routine. Day 1 we didn't stand a chance. I'm really proud of us. Tomorrow is Yoga X. That might be interesting. Oh well, its gotta be done, no point in complaining about it.
Tonights dinner was probably my favorite. Again, we cooked from
www.biggest-loser-recipes.com. We had a reuben sandwich with some oven roasted potatoes with dill and garlic. Delicious.
